Terms & Conditions

Time changes: are permitted free of charge up to 1 day prior to scheduled departure date.
Date changes: are permitted within 1 week prior to scheduled departure date.
Cancellations: are permitted 1 week prior to scheduled departure date, there will be a loss of deposit $100 per person.
Baggage: Ticket includes 5kgs hand luggage per person.
Name Changes: are permitted.
No Show Policy: Reservations must be changed prior to the scheduled departure date. Passengers who fail to do so and don’t board the flight will be considered a no-show with a 100% cancellation fee.
Weather: Should weather prohibit the safe operation of any flight/experience then guests will be offered the option to reschedule free of charge. Should a reschedule not be possible then guests will receive a full refund.
